Shipping methods
Shipping is carried out by DHL. Once you have added the desired wines to your shopping cart, you can determine the exact delivery costs before completing your purchase. To do this, select the delivery country, the desired payment method and your desired shipping method in the shopping cart.
By arrangement, customers from Germany can also collect their orders from our shipping warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: we do not have any wines in stock for sale at our office address! If you wish to collect your order, please select ‘Collection’ as the shipping method. Please let us know when you want to pick up your order in the comments section when completing your purchase (please do not send this information by email, as the warehouse will not be able to see when the pick-up will take place).

Flat rate of £14.00 for each box started up to 18 bottles (0.75 litres/excluding sparkling wine)
Delivery to France:
Flat rate of €14.00 for each box or part thereof up to 18 bottles (0.75 litres/excluding sparkling wine)
Delivery to Greece:
Flat rate of €35.00 for each box or part thereof up to 18 bottles (0.75 litres/excluding sparkling wine)
Delivery to Italy:
Flat rate of €16.60 for each box started up to 18 bottles (0.75 litres/excluding sparkling wine)
Delivery to Latvia:
Flat rate of €22.00 for each box started up to 18 bottles (0.75 litres/excluding sparkling wine)
Delivery to Lithuania:
Flat rate of €22.00 for each box started up to 18 bottles (0.75 litres/excluding sparkling wine)
Delivery to Luxembourg:

A maximum of 18 bottles (0.75 litres/excluding sparkling wine) can be shipped per package. For orders of more than 18 bottles, the shipping costs will increase in accordance with the above scale.

Shipping to the United Kingdom GB
Customers from the UK can order at the same prices as our EU customers — all prices are net (without German VAT). Shipping costs are 22 € per parcel (up to 18 bottles).
Please note: Upon delivery, DHL will collect UK VAT (20%), UK wine duties (approx. £ 2.75 per bottle), and a DHL customs clearance fee (approx £ 11 per parcel).
