Of course, it is no problem if you want to return your order.

What do you need to bear in mind when returning goods?

  • You have the option of exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and returning your order to us.
  • After completing the form below, we will send you a returns label and arrange for the goods to be collected by DHL, or you can drop off the parcel at DHL.
  • The products must be in perfect condition for return; only unopened bottles can be returned.
  • Please return the order in the original shipping box, which is certified for shipping bottles. Cardboard boxes that are not PZT-certified are not suitable for shipping bottles!
  • Please enclose the original delivery note or a copy.
  • Please note that we do not accept shipments that have not been prepaid.

Once we have received your return, we will check and process it as quickly as possible. The refund will be made according to your chosen payment method. For complaints regarding breakages, incorrect deliveries or spoiled wines, please use this form.
